Profile for rel and rev attribute

A proposal for values for the rel and rev attributes. Some few values are also applicable to the attributes class and id. All these values where collected from the internet, mainly from proposals from the w3c. Some of the original proposals where removed because they conflict with other proposals. These are mainly the attributre values parent, child and sibling, which conflict with the XFN microformat. The values presented here may be used for the global site structure and for navigating between the different parts of that site.
